Designed in Fusion 360. Sliced with Simplify3D. I used a 1/4 x 20 nut and bolt for the hinge/clamp. The nut hole is undersized so I could use a soldering iron to press it in. Printed in eSun PETG. Recticular external and internal infill, .4mm layer height (.6mm nozzle) .68mm extrusion width, 1mm retraction distance, 90 degree starting temp on bed, brought down to 70 degrees after third layer. Extrusion temp. 238 degrees. Printed fairly slowly at 30mm/s as I still need to dial this filament in.
