I printed this using ABS in three parts. Then I solvent cemented them together. During the print using pause at height you need to install a 3mm nut in the top piece and using a flat head 3 mm machine screw you attach the remaining two parts to the top. Then solvent cement the whole thing as one piece.
Alternatively you could use a raft and support and print the entire part in one  go.
Two small flat head machine screws are required to fasten the grip to the back of the controller.
