The cup that holds the camera will fit over the peg on the base. You will have to remove the rubber mount thing that comes with the camera first. To mount the base plate, just unscrew the bottom right screw on the build plate, slip the base in place, and screw back in. There are two slots you can use for securing the cable with a small zip tie.
